We want a logo that can either match our sister company (The Agent & Company) or one that stands out on itself. Company name is "The Mortgage Company" our domain is and would like to have that as part of the logo. I like the 3 letter acronyms (TMC). Some did our logo with only two letters and we wanted to clean it up and add a 3rd letter but we couldn't get ahold of that person.

Existing Drupal 7 website requires content transfering to a new Drupal 9 installation using the 'Guesthouse' theme (). Drupal 9 and the new theme have been installed on a staging site. The structure and content now need to created/copied. There will be changes to some of the existing text and images as the site develops, but the main requirement is to get the basic structure setup so it is similar to the existing website but in the new template on Drupal 9.

I have created a mortgage qualification tool that needs some animations to make the user experience more enjoyable. The tool is currently in the form a wordpress plugin.
