We have a custom plugin that integrates with a MVNO (mobile phone company) to activate mobile phone plans. Currently there is a bug that at checkout, the plugin charges the CC (reserves the money) and then it should activate a phone line and create a PDF with QrCode and then capture the money but it doesn't activate the phone line or send the pdf.
