Dynamic User Registration flow for an Android App using native Android (not react native or flutter)

I need native Android Developer who can create 'User registration' flow consisting of 20 to 25 screen (with on screen transition) and commutation with server using 'REST' API call . Developer must have great proficiency in native android development. Please Note : Not scope for 'react native' and flutter app developer. Requirement /Deliverables : (1)User registration flow development u . As defined in the document. (2) Apps should support across all devices screen size and density. (3) All Source code to be committed continuously in git (will be sharing repo details) . (4) Build of APK should be given for testing and final codes and Apk (5) Quick set up doc to run locally (include required details likes required sdk and tools) for testing and review purpose.
