Family: Variable Data: This data will pull from an excel spreadsheet, Column A. So when the user starts to type something on the android device it will pull up the closest matches so the user does not have to complete the spelling. Example: If the user starts typing AR then Arizona will be shown along with every other values form that column that start with AR. If nothing starts with AR then nothing is suggested by the software. The user can then skip or enter a custom value using the android keyboard. If a new value is entered it will then need to be stored on a new line in the excel database. 3. Genus: Variable Data: This data will pull from an excel spreadsheet, Column B. So when the user starts to type something on the android device it will pull up the closest matches so the user does not have to complete the spelling. Example: If the user starts typing AR then Arizona will be shown along with every other values form that column that start with AR. If nothing starts with AR then nothing is suggested by the software. The user can then skip or enter a custom value using the android keyboard. If a new value is entered it will then need to be stored on a new line in the excel database WITH the other two variables selected to make a new entry. 4. Species: Variable Data: This data will pull from an excel spreadsheet, Column C. So when the user starts to type something on the android device it will pull up the closest matches so the user does not have to complete the spelling. Example: If the user starts typing AR then Arizona will be shown along with every other values form that column that start with AR. If nothing starts with AR then nothing is suggested by the software. The user can then skip or enter a custom value using the android keyboard. If a new value is entered it will then need to be stored on a new line in the excel database. The program will then print the number of labels selected from step 1. The program will need to have a settings area that includes about information, column selection, excel spreadsheet to use… and any other settings you may think it needs.
