Advertising slogan - animated for WEB.

We need a very short animation for WEB. Graphics format depending on your advice ( flash / gif / whatever ) Size something like 350X100 px. Based upon the two words, which make up a company Advertising Slogan. e.g. " word1 word2 " Animation is to "pump up" the second word which then causes the first word to inflate even bigger than the second, then loop. Animation could include a small pump, and/or a small man, or even nothing but just the two words. That's it!
