Animation for animal rescue, 2d style

Hello, We were interested in getting a 2d animation done for our animal rescue project, we are launching a gofundme and wanted something that would explain our project while also being attention grabbing and memorable. We have a script that is ready to go, please take a look to ensure it is something you can do. [login to view URL] The animation is partly done, please look at the animation file and provide us with a total cost to complete it based on the script and date of delivery. There are some scene changes that need to be made and some slight character changes. The script provides that information. [login to view URL] This file is the older file but it has the other characters and other scenes [login to view URL] We have kids adults and animals in our script, the voice files are in this folder, we want them to match the characters movement, animation is estimated to be 4:30 mins. In order to ensure that there is no wasted time between buyer and seller we will ask you to edit a quick scene as a sample so we can review it. If successful we will initiate the contract and hire you. We will do occasional google meet calls to ensure everything is clear and going well, so you should be fluent in speaking.
