Front Desk Call Handler for Clinic in Delaware - We are currently seeking a female candidate to handle front desk calls for our clinic in Delaware. - This is a full-time position with expected working hours of 40 hours per week. - The ideal candidate for this role would have mid-level experience in handling front desk /reception calls. - Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general information to patients. - Strong communication and customer service skills are required. - Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare industry is a plus. - The candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. - If you have experience in handling front desk calls and are looking for a full-time position , we would love to hear from you. - If you have a voice sample, you may attach it with your bid.

To create a paperless infrastructure I have worked with packages like: Google Suite / Google Business Office Packages Electronic Health Management System SIP / VOIP Setup and Configuration ( Ringcentral) Ringcentral, MyFax Asana, SmarthSheets I deal with a wide array of patient populations on a daily basis which has equipped me with effective verbal communication and customer support skills.
