Micro-controllers we can work on PIC, STM32, PSOC and AVR and also we have all the development kit and instruments available with us. For PCB design we use KICAD v4. According to me you have to install some additional labview tools to make this happen. You can place a team viewer call. I have extensive work experience in LabView, even though I haven't worked in arudino labview interconnection, I could help you.
