Programmer ARDUINO Lib to ESP-IDF Lib for ESP32 Wifi OTA PING

I run a German software company and am looking for a freelancer to help me migrate from Arduino to ESP-IDF. Short summary: I have one or two Arduino libraries that are to be converted to ESP-IDF libraries. All functions should either be tested with a unit test or there is a good reason why not. Even if the source files are not well commented, the new ESP-IDF lib should be well documented. If you have improvement Ideas, we can discuss them afterwards, but for this job the 1:1 exchange of this lib is necessary. That means the interfaces should remain as they are. UTIL.h does not have to be translated, but only the function "Print_Info(". Essentially, the lib is a network manager that sets up wifi and also connects to existing networks. It is also possible to switch back and forth between the individual network types in order to be connected to the ESP32 via Wifi for configuration and then in parallel as a client in the existing network when the credentials have been entered. You will receive the library for the initial assessment after the first contact. There is also the possibility to flash a new firmware OTA.
