Business Letter

We are going to launch an E-Commerce website pretty soon. We need to write a letter to potential suppliers/brands/manufacturers, whose products we wish to sell on the website. The letter, an email to be precise, should be a short and effective one. The intention behind the mail would be to introduce our website to them, tell them how good the site is and also why its a good idea to sell their products on our website. we shall be attaching a proposal kind of document with it, which will contain all the pros and cons and other information that can help the suppliers make a positive decision. Letter should be <350 words. It should be professional It should be in a template style, so that I can edit it and make it supplier specific.
