Copywriter / Content Writer for longterm project

Job Description: We are looking for a team member that can communicate effectively and professionally with potential clients. This role will serve as the go-to writer for marketing content. This team member must be open to building the plane and flying it at the same time, able to adapt quickly and collaborate often, and is inspired by the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining the brand voice for our email marketing to clients, organic content, social media content and paid ad campaigns Create impactful copy and editorial support that can be used across various platforms such as our website, social media, etc. Write marketing/advertising blogs for BW Leadership Institute in a strategic way to drive to digital sales and conversion Engage and communicate daily with marketing team to ensure content needs are met Edit copy for message clarity, flow, consistency, grammar, brand voice, and tone Contribute to content guidelines, develop content patterns Create original, breakthrough work Required Skills and Details: Strong portfolio of copy-heavy online content Flawless grammar, spelling and punctuation skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously An outside-the-box thinker with strong attention to detail Proactive self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment The ability to quickly research a topic and produce relevant content while maintaining the clients goals and guidelines Invested in creating performance-driven messaging with a desire to understand data behind that performance and iterate on copy based on its performance Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently If you are right for this job: You’re always on the hunt for better processes to get things done and can immediately contribute.
