Excellent English skills (proofreading skills) to reword already created questions

I have hundreds of multi choice questions (4 answer options) in pdf files. I want someone to reword them (rewrite them) in a way they don't seem copied and escape copyscape. Some of them may have have 3 options ( I want four), so you will have to add one more option. So, the job is: - Go to the question, rewrite(reword it), may reword the options too (if required) - add options to it if it has less than 4 options It's a very easy job for someone who is good with words. The idea is to not make the mcq not look like copied. - you should be very good at punctuation, know the difference between the UK & US English and write clear, error-free sentences. I will have the project done as per milestones - 100 questions each. Please bid for 500 such questions. By budget is around $50. The lowest bidder who qualifies is preferred.
