Need a software developer/training professional to write content

I need a software developer/training professional to help write high quality content for our team. We're a national corporate training company who's been featured in the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies list. We're looking to grow fast but need some additional experts to help us craft regular content for our website. Our target audience is C-level training executives within the biggest companies in the U.S. Speak their lingo? Know what they want to hear? Then, we want to hear from you. We are extremely interested in providing very competitive rates to the best writers out there. Here's where I see content, in general, fall: 1. Bad content, 2. Really good content but not enough of a spin to make people share it after reading, 3. Awesome content that people are blown away and share with everyone. I need #3.
