69032 Cost Calculator (web-page)

Hi, I need a cost calculator that provides a total cost for the service that my company provides. Basically we form corporations and llc's in all 50 States and DC. Each State has a different fee, different processing time, etc. I've mocked up what I would like the calculator to look like more or less, I just need someone to write the underlying html. i have provided all the necessary prices and information in the attached excel file. a simple method for me to update the data would be nice but is not required (text file or something). here's the mockup: [login to view URL] here's a competitor's calculator for reference: [login to view URL] here's yet another competitor for reference: [login to view URL] anyway, i'm looking to get this done this week if possible and would love if somebody could clean up my html to look as professional as the other sites.
