Video to flv with asp.net 2.0

Keep it simple and stupid. Using Asp.net 2.0 No fancy gui. Focus on code - keep it tidy. Single page site. This function will be integrated on our main job site. instructions - follow precisely. 1) User uploads a file using a simple fileupload control. 2) The original file is saved in a folder called "Original". 3) The file is opened and converted into FLV movie using size/bitrate parameters specified in the asp file 4) A snapshot of the video is taken and stored in "Snapshot" directory. 5) The converted movie is saved in the "Converted" folder 6) the user is displayed a thank you note. That's It. Nothing more. This is a very urgent project. Please list any third party control that would be needed. We need this to determine any potential licensing costs. Thank you.
