Very Basic ASP On line Accounting Package

Due to an unexplainable very short duration of the original posting of this project it is being posted again. This job intails the design and implimentation of an online accounting program based in ASP so that it may be compatable with an ASP based shopping cart and auction program. This program would be uploaded on an asp site be able to interact with databases to include MS Access, MS Sql and SQL Server 2000. This program will not have to be integrated into the existing admin side of the shopping cart but should have independant access via accounting admin. Payment will be made in phases based on completion of 1. design templates 33% 2. A basic working model 33% 3.
