Hi, I am a VOIP professional with more than 12 years of experience working on Avaya and Cisco Telephony and contact center solutions. I have worked with various version of Avaya IP office. Besides IP office, I have worked on various IPT solutions and products such as Avaya CM,Voicemail system(Octel,Intuity Audix, Modular messaging), Session Manager, System Managers, Avaya Media gateways and Avaya Aura Contact Center solution,Avaya Meridian 81C/61C, CS1000M and CS1000E, Avaya Call Pilot and Cisco CUCM, Unity, UCCX, UCCE, Cisco Gateways. Above is an indicative list and I have worked on old and recent products/solutions by Avaya and Cisco over last 12 years. I have good understanding of Telecom concepts and Telephony/ PBX setups and hence have been able to work on other communication/Collaboration platforms such as Asterisk, MS Lync and others. I am Avaya and Cisco Certified professional. I have worked with Avaya Business partner with responsibility to install and maintain the PBX Device/servers.
