Video editing; ''stitch'' 15-20 short segments together

I'm unsure what the proper terminology is but I have approx. 15-20 video segments that I shot for a client. They are numbered and with only a couple of exceptions they simply need to be combined in order to make one continuous video. In a couple of cases we need to clip a few seconds off either the beginning or ending of a clip. I will have very specific instructions for that. Ideally I would like some sort of subtly transition from each clip to the next and possibly the final screen to be a static graphic. This is for a political client and the segments are of him standing in front of various projects and places in his district. The videos were shot with a flip HD camera in HD widescreen mode. All the clips were shot with the same camera with the same settings. If possible, would love some minor help in improving the audio quality. In some cases we had cars drive by us or my client was far away from the camera mic and therefore a little hard to hear. I will provide all of the source videos via Dropbox. They will be numbered and labled. I can provide a couple of samples if anyone would like to see the source files before bidding or commenting. The finished video is due by June 30. If you can, please note in your bid the additional cost for revision rounds. I am still waiting on final clip list and notes from my client before I can get anyone to do the project. The latest he told me is that he will send all the info I need (clip order, special instructions regarding what to clip on the front or back end) by noon today. If anyone is still interested in and can deliver the video by Monday if they get the input today please let me know. If vWorer will allow me to, I may even have more than one person do the job.
