Hi! May I suggest you decompose your task? It would be much easier for you to find an appropriate artist, when you indicate in project description that you already have the notation. I would be happy to transcribe the notation for violin and cello parts of the 4 tracks. The fee shoudl be $150 for 8 parts (cello + violin * 4 tracks), which makes a moderate fee of $19 for 1 part.
