Create necessarily drawing for Emaar and Municipality approvals

I have existing Villa which I would like to do extension of one wall. For that Purpose I would want someone who is familiar with Emaar and Dubai Municipality drawings for me to be able to get approval for my extension. As well, I would like to demolish one wall, which also need to be shown on the layout. They need to do all below: 1) structural drawings for new area 2) new MEP drawings 3) Sections and elevations 4) new load schedule 5) new Lighting layout 6) new Power layout The prefered candidate would be someone who has already dealt with Emaar and municipality drawings before.
