Homes are 1,900 to 2,300 sq ft. on 3 levels Site plan All elements customarily present in a California site plan including:- - Road - Drainage - Connection to Sewer - Connection to water - Electrical - Houses outline/foot print - All necessary elevations - Walkways, pathways, stairways - Parking - Detail drop curb, water lines, thrust block, rip rap as required etc etc etc Attached is survey of one of the 6 lots, which are of approximately equal size.
