Stand-up Commercial Foot Vibration Massage Machine

There are a number of stand up foot and body massagers on the market like this one: [login to view URL] is good example. I am wanting to build an industrial strength, low maintenance, commercial version of a machine like this. I have many notes and sketches but I am not an engineer or programmer so I cannot make it work from my notes. I am certain that I could provide enough materials and notes to enable someone to create a cad type drawing that I could then use to have it manufactured. It has to be detailed and accurate enough for production. The machine consist of about 5-6 sections. The vibrating massage plate, the metal shell and stand, the stainless steel railings, the top display and control board, and the internal electronics. The internal electronics are housed in the top display-control board and consist of the following: Main CPU-Mother board, 7-10" color display screen, Wifi router, Cellular communicator, HD live IP camera, Up-down intensity control buttons, USA Technologies e-Port Connect to accept credit cards and Apple Pay. A/C Power transformer, Surge Protector and back up power supply (battery) I have notes on all and sourced many of products to use.
