Upper Providence

I'm looking to get a set of stamped architectural plans for a 392 square foot deck. It would need the footers, framing, ect. and also would need elevation measurements on each side of the deck. I have those measurements for whoever can help me. I do kind of need these asap. Its a 2 tier deck and is pretty low to the ground. The main part of the deck is 7 ft x 42 ft with a 12' single step down wrapping the front and one side of the deck. The 2nd, lower tier deck, is a 65 square foot hexagonal deck. the ground height under the hexagonal deck is a little lower than the main deck so the main deck will have a double step leading down onto the hexagonal deck. I do need the architect/engineer to be licensed in Pennsylvania. Thank you in advance to whomever helps me out with this.
