Flash Banner

I require a flash banner for use on a home page of a website. The most important part of the project is that the banner needs to be flexible and something that I can easily edit at a later date. I want it to be 600px by 160px and the picture to take up 400px by 160px. There should be 3 frames used with a 5 second pause on each picture before the next one loads up. In the remaining 200px i want some text inserted. Ideally i want each frame to be a seperate hyperlink that once clicked takes you to a certain page. You can use any 3 pictures you want and the text can be anything you want. Ideally i would like a quick example before i choose the final person to choose the design. So basically if you put forward a design example i like you will win the bid and that will be all the work you have to do. Its quite a simple project so i'm not prepared to pay a masive ammount.
