Bulk Email Address List

I would like to have several very large email address lists compiled: 1.) Investors 2.) people age 55+ 3.) people living in Houston, Texas, USA I will then need someone to email these lists (with our pre-made templates) and receive opt-in accounts. We will continue to generate lists and continue to email frequently (every month etc.) to establish a very solid and large list. I will need access to view emails sent to track opens (both soft and hard), bounces, unsubscribe etc. I expect emails to be CAN-SPAM compliant. There will be many many more projects on a consistent basis if this is done correctly. Thank you!
