Hi Dear , We will remove hard bounces as per below : 1) In 1st step we will count how much total emails you have sent to us. 2) In 2nd step we will remove duplicate emails and bad addresses.( if any ) 3) In 3rd Step we will check and remove hard and soft bounces.( if any ) 4) In 4th step we will check syntax , invalid addresses , availability of the domain of email addresses and existence of email addresses on their mail servers.( if any ) 5) In 5th Step we will send mail against each mail which will be left in step 4. 6) Finally your mails have more inbox rate and also you have your cleaned , tested and verified list(s) .
