Looking for Business Process Re-engineering expert for a Project with one of the leading Enterprise Client

Project duration 5/6 Months – Engagement will be 30 hours a week and 5 days a week Rate – 1200/hour Project Area Operational Processes such as New business/ Underwriting / buy online. / policy servicing / customer complaints / MIS & reporting / Workflow Project Introduction The resource would be a part of the process excellence team who has embarked into a journey of building a quality culture and working on sustainable growth of business built on standardized processes, yet, delivering the much-desired bespoke experience to customers & Drive critical transformation projects Qualifications & Skills Details § 10 years’ experience in the field of Life Insurance/BFSI Operations § Engineering graduate / Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA) with a understanding of insurance/BFSI processes. Experience in BFSI transformation projects § Black / Green Belt certified - Have handled multiple Black / Green Belt projects. Clear concepts of Lean is must § Hands on experience in managing large data sets in excel § Hands on experience in creating process flows and Value stream Maps § Experience in using Statistical tools. § Exposure to Power BI / Tableau (Good to have) § Should be a go-getter who takes end to end ownership § Experience in digital implementation, new age technologies § Creation / implementation of end to end workflows and conducting “ proof of concepts “ “ Cost Benefit Analysis “ etc. § System knowledge like Sharepoint, BPM Key Project Deliverables Some of the identified projects are: Automation Index Process Maturity Assessment Change management workflow MIS Automation New work-flow designs & Value stream mapping. Identifying new tech in the market and perform CBA.
