Life coach

Life Coach I am looking for a life coach who specializes in career coaching. I’m an introvert who has struggled to navigate the complexities of large office environments. That is one of my challenges. However, larger picture, I’m at a stage in my life where I feel it’s imperative to make a change either in job position or to make the transition to having my own business or perhaps both. In the end I’m searching for more autonomy. This may look like getting training which will allow me to perhaps be a freelancer, work from home and also set up an Airbnb business. This is just to give you an idea of what my goals are. I’m a 55 years old American woman and in late 2022 I moved 500 miles north to tiny town in northern Spain that I was not familiar with. This is after having ended an 18 year old relationship in Seville, Spain. This change has been wonderful. I’m a teleworker for a company that certifies organic products. I’ve been immersed In a period of great change in the past 2 years. I would like to take the momentum forward to make other lasting positive changes and would welcome help with this challenge. Specific goals: Although I have a vague idea of what I want to achieve, I am open to exploring and refining my goals with the guidance of a life coach. Session frequency: I would like to have sessions once a week to ensure consistent progress and support. Ideal skills and experience: - Proven experience in career coaching, helping clients navigate their professional journeys and make informed decisions. - Strong communication and listening skills to understand my aspirations and provide guidance tailored to my needs. - Ability to provide practical tools and strategies to help me overcome obstacles and achieve my career goals. - Empathy and the ability to create a supportive and motivating environment to inspire growth and personal development. - Flexibility to adapt coaching techniques and approaches based on my unique circumstances and preferences. - If you are an introvert and or your practice has sone degree of focus on those of us who are, then I would be most interested in speaking.
