Software Developer wanted - Intregration of processes

Hi, I am looking for an experienced software developer. This is sort of the dummy data for the dive shop database. The main form will be the database form, which is based on an improved version on the daily sheet, which at the moment is printed out and filled in by hand. The object of the game is roll the daily sheet and the stock control into one so at any given point in time we can see how much stock we have in the shop, day by day we can work out how much we have sold and to make my life easier what the vat would be at the end of the month to pay across to HMRC. My thinking was that the daily sheet would be ‘fed’ by the stock sheet with a multi drop down boxes starting on the item box ( not the right word but cant think of another at the mo!) and then the stock item description would list everything in that category (so monkey and typewriters) and the boxes would auto fill. It is an easy job for someone that knows what there doing. DAve
