81603 VoiceChat/Instant Messenger

Previous programmer lacks communication skills and I think he has finally disappeared... I have a partially completed voice chat program that has been written in C++ and Delphi 5 that needs to be completed... Features include voice chat, text chat, webcam and instant messenger... The program has been tested on an NT box and does work sporadically... I need it to work on a Cobalt 550 Unix box and because of the lack of communication, I'm not sure the current programmer is capable of completing the project... No replies to emails lately... Successful bidder MUST HAVE ability to be in constant communication with me and MUST be trustworthy and thoroughly knowledgeable in Delphi and C++... I need a few more minimal features added to the script and considering the amount of money I have spent on it already I have a limited budget... I will explain additional features to successful bidder but since the basics are already in place and if the successful bidder knows what he is doing he will find that the features should be fairly simple solutions... BID ONLY IF YOU FIT THE REQUIREMENTS... Program has already been submitted to my lawyers for Copyright implementation...
