Arduino board data processing and display

Write a program to reside on an Arduino board that interacts with data from a device. The data consists of a series of delta functions. See the attached data file and image for an example. 1. Determine the height of each plateau. a. Locate and identify the plateaus. These are pulses separated by background. The pulses typically have a y-axis value of 1.0 or higher (see data/plot). The background data typically has a y-axis value of 0.4 or lower b. Average all of the values found in each plateau. c. Discard any data in the plateau that is more than 10% above or below that average. d. Recompute the average e. Send the result to an LCD display. Continually replace that result with the next computed plateau value.
