Coding Job C# / C++ Software for a digital gatekeeper Machine

Hello Folks, we want to develop for our customers a new product - the digital gatekeeper- a machine for self service visitor registration. That’s the case: If you want to enter the customers building you have to enter your personal data, you have to make a Foto of your ID and your face, in some cases you have to add some other documents and if everything is successful you get a visitor ticket via email with QR Code and the employee of the customer has to get an information of the visitor. The machine is already built with a Windows PC, a 13inch Touchscreen, a intercom module from Hikvision and a 4K document camera from Hikvision. Please see the picture below for the machine.
