Our current project for the survey system for our one of client in the UK. This project will be with the full screen mode with the touch and deployed in the windows 8 tablet. There is 2 Windows 8 tablet collects the user inputs and save to local XML. One TVC - totaliser screen which marge the details and generate the graph of the survey in some amount of time. So, basically we are working with the customization for any type of requirements. Also we are working with the hardware and API's. For your project my comments : 1. Access the Path and Get the number of folders. 2. Generate the tiles with folder name (If more then 10 folder then some slider needed?) 3. Selected folder again generate the tiles with the subfolder or files 4. Files will be open in to relevant player. Query's : 1. Player can be like word file can open in MSWord, Video can be in the Media Player and others. All this players are already installed in that machine? 2. Full screen so possible that MSWord or other files can open with own environment. System can not handle or restrict to that type of scenario. Or can be possible the we can hide some controls. 3. Open file can be editable from the application. 4. Open file also in full window or just fixed height and width. Let me know if you have any query.
