Build a Desktop App

Hello I understand that you need a desktop based application like windows explorer. In the left pane, there will be My computer, Documents, Personal, Busines, Private buttons or controls. When the user clicks on this buttons it will display containing files and folders in the right pane. You need features like- Create a new folder, copy and paste files and folders to other folders, drag and drop etc. We will provide you exe file with source code after completion. Please let me know whether my understanding is correct? We can develop such application using C#.NET.
