Create a simple automated browser program

I need a very simple browser program that browses a list of URLs automatically. C:\> [login to view URL] <[login to view URL]> <7> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> is a text file that will contain a list of URLs ([login to view URL]). One URL per line. Both http and httpS. <7> is the a number specified on the command line which indicates how many seconds to wait between each URL. <[login to view URL]> is a text that file the program will create with the results. Each line will have the URL and then a tab and then the number of bytes size of the html file, and then a tab and then a status word, example: [login to view URL]<tab>236<tab>OK [login to view URL]<tab>51978<tab>ERROR 404 [login to view URL]<tab>3465<tab>OK The program must display the contents of the web page on the screen and then wait x seconds before it gets the next URL and displays the next page, and so on. No user interface is necessary. The only purpose of this program is to surf pages as described. The program must work on Windows 7 and 10. Very simple.
