Hi there my name is Harry O’Connor, I can do this for you no problem, I can create a leaderboard for your game using AWS or Firebase, which means that it can be a global leaderboard. I can use python, c or JavaScript to program the game but i think that python would be the best to use as that is best suited for graphical applications. I can add the stopwatch function very quickly. As for the questions it can pick random ones and they could be stored in an sql database, so that you could have another program (i will develop) on you pc so that you can add more questions at any time This program would take me 4 hours to create maximum so a total of roughly 24 Sterling.
