Basement Retrofit Civil Engineering

I am seeking a qualified civil engineer knowledgeable of Australia's National Construction Code v2022 to create a rough civil plan for a basement retrofit to an existing two storey building. I have soil test results, plans for the existing property and a preliminary plan for the retrofit basement. I am seeking preliminary civil engineering guidance guidance on the best location for the basement (relative to existing building/boundary to simplify engineering complexity) and a high level civil engineering plan for the basement to enable creation of preliminary project pricing. I am not seeking a full civil engineering plan which will be a later stage. Inclusions for this preliminary civil engineering plan are underpinning specifications excavation requirements, piling type and specifications and the structural specifications for the basement shell. In addition some guidance on the pro's and cons of the options provided and the reasons other engineering approaches were not selected. Basement area to be approximately 100 square metres. Intellectual property rights for the work created will be transferred to the poster. Skills and experience required: - Civil engineering qualifications and expertise in basement renovations - Knowledge of structural reinforcement techniques - Familiarity with waterproofing solutions - Ability to work with clients who have a rough idea of their design preferences
