UK Artist to design characters for my book

Dear All I'll explain more below, but here are the key points...only proceed if you can meet all of them 1) UK based 2) Willing to create 1 per week (this can be adjusted where other projects clash) 3) Collaborate and make changes that I request after sketching/painting...ie: maybe the hair colour aint right, etc 4) Supply PSD File, so i can add my own banner/background 5) Not sell on images as they will become copyrighted under The Last Strider 6) Accept payment by paypal 7) PSD files are fully coloured, shaded lighted Ok lets go I need characters to be produced for my website and book The Last Strider [login to view URL] Can you do as good or better of this image: [login to view URL] Just the character, do not worry about the banner or background It is important that you are willing to work with me as I have been previously inundated with people that dont fully understand the seriousness of this project. No money will be exchanged unless I am happy with sketches...then 1/2 will be paid...and then 1/2 for me to recieve the finished coloured shaded PSD.
