First of all, you need to be a native English speaker or good with English. While I am a native English speaker, I hope to work with someone who has good grammar that can double check my work. I will do the same for you as well.
I want this to be an ongoing project, meaning that you will work with me on future projects that are basically the same to this one.
My project: Making lists on Listverse. Please PLEASE check out the website for full details on writing a good article. I've attached an example below as well. Basically, what happens, is every time you submit an article that I'd approved, you get $100. I want to find someone to work with who can do research and is creative and knowledgeable so that we can come up with some pretty dank lists. Each list should have at least 10 subjects, with 1-3 paragraphs of explanation. I've also attached Listverse's Author's guide below as well for reference. With successful lists, I hope to split it 50/50, meaning that you and I get $50 for making a successful list. Finally, to justify the 50/50 splitting, I will work with you on the research and writing as well to make it easier for me and you, which is the purpose of this project.

Funny thing is that I pride myself in being very good at writing etc.
So while looking at the first attachment (author guide) OK, it was understandable.
When I looked at the second attachment, I had trouble wrapping my head around on what exactly the goal of this is.
