Managing Social Media

I am looking for someone who can efficiently manage Social Media accounts for me. The primary objective of engagement would be to generate Leads for the respective Brand, create product awareness, engaging with audience and address concerns if any. I am looking for someone who has experience in the following and looking for a long term engagement. 1. Content Writing: research about the subject matter and create contents relevant for the audience and the intended audience. Content should be fresh, creative and should reflect Brand message. 2. Creative designing: Candidate should be expert with common digital tools to create or refine media/images or other content to make it attractive for the audience. 3. Research : Candidate should evolve new ideas by doing his/her own research on the given posts and curate new contents based on the changing landscape in that industry. SOW 1. Person should be responsible to create and manage Social media account for multiple business units including major social media channel like Fb, Insta, Twitter, Linkedin. youtube 2. Person should create or identify new content for every-week based on the industry activities. 3. person should create posts to boost organisation Sales and improve Leads which should be trackable. 4. Person should create and manage compaigns on multiple social media channels.
