Job Brief We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Personal Development Coach to join our Coaching team. To excel in this role, you must be organized, professional, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a team player and possess an in-depth knowledge of Coaching. Your main responsibilities will include the following: Role Responsibilities: Online Course Development: Craft engaging online courses covering a range of topics, including Self-Love, Attachment Styles, Personality Types, Flirting, Dating, Communication, Conflict-Resolution, and more. Group Coaching: Develop structured frameworks for conducting group coaching sessions and lead these sessions with clients. Research & Content Creation: Engage in research to create informative literature in various forms, including blog posts and digital media [login to view URL] Content Creation: Collaborate with our video editors to produce video content that enhances our coaching offerings. Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate compelling content across various platforms. Blogging: Write informative and insightful blog posts on a regular basis. Email Marketing: Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns. Social Media Marketing: Generate engaging content for social media marketing. Content Calendar Management: Develop, manage, and analyze a comprehensive social media content calendar. Live Engagement: Interact with the audience through live sessions on social media platforms. Continuous Learning: Stay updated and enhance expertise through reading books, watching videos, listening to audios/podcasts, and attending relevant training. Social Media Management: Maintain a strong social media presence, including video post editing, posting, responding to comments/DMs, and managing advertisers and brand ambassadors. Performance Measurement: Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns both internally and externally (with advertisers & brand ambassadors) and assess against predefined goals. Community Management: Monitor posts and utilize customer communications to moderate comments, address queries, and provide answers through the company's social channels. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members on group projects. Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed. Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field At least a year of experience with Counseling or Coaching Preferred Skills: Has strong written and verbal communication skills Self motivated and action oriented Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work towards many company initiatives at once Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Creating programs and/or online courses
