Magento Expert ''Eye'' required for Existing Site + Bug Fixes / SEO & Monthly Work

I have just had this website developed using Magento Community Edition version 1.6.1.0 <[login to view URL]>. I require a SEO Expert preferrably with Magento experiene AND a proven track record to please examine the site and comment & then perform (once agreed) - Submit site map to Google - 5 x Article writing 300 words for United Kingdom - using metric and UK English terminology - Keyword submission based on the keywords = pages as specified - Create back links to sites from United Kingdom websites - Check entire site if urls etc are competely seo friendly - report and advise fix - Install links / back links - seo campaign (ongoing monthly work) I am looking for someone who will be able to help develop the this site plus social networking sites which are linked on a ONGOING monthly basis at an agreed amount. This will be dependent upon sucess of initial works undertaken to iron out any glutches and offer any proposals which will greatly improve the website rankings, appearance etc, etc......
