Dear Sir, Your list contains 935 drug items, of course with some common names but with different size/ specifications. Of course such items with common drug names can be counted as one entity. But it cannot give a clear idea of the volume of work in terms of # of pages or words the description for each drug may contain. Further, since it is a research oriented job, the timeline cannot be under-estimated, like so many. So we have quoted 45 days to complete the job. If it takes lesser time that would be tried at our level best. In the absence of the exact volume of work the quotation of $1230.00 may please be taken as provisional and subject to adjustment as per the detailed description in the PMB, as based on the actual workload.
