Fight game simulator/ character gear balancing program

Hi. I’m looking for someone that can build a program that will serve as a tester and character gear balancing simulator for a RPG game. In the simulator i need to be able and add 6 players Please read the attached file and once you read it submit a entry only if you can guaranty fast results and good quality. the project will have 3 milestones of 33% from the agreed price. milestone 1 : released when program is half way created and i have a working copy of it milestone 2 : when the program is fully operational milestone 3 : after 1 week of testing the program. delivery files : program. source code and the full rights to the program. this program does not require any animations.... this is just a calculator to help calculate power and balance the players... all i need is to get the results. please read the PDF file before you make the entry
