Troubleshoot a basic neural network in c++

Refer to existing open source [login to view URL] ... It seems the current version doesn't handle negative values properly. When training, the output values never go negative, even for the negative target values in the training data. *** Deliverable 1 *** Find and correct the error in the code. Use the [login to view URL] data provided in the repository to demonstrate correct behavior. Note that the current file reader is also missing the "-" character so it doesn't read the negative valued training data (easy fix). *** Deliverable 2 *** : Add a bias neuron and test improvement in error rate & performance *** Deliverable 3 ***: Add a tanh activation and test improvement in error rate & performance *** Notes *** I will provide a github repo of the current code.
