CRE LOADED Design & Customization Assistance

I need assistance to complete my oscommerce/creloaded website. Skin: I have a well developed concept for logo, home page, template, product page. We will also want matching navigational elements and buttons. We sell high end bridal and formal so we require a clean, uncluttered interface that is also chic and edgy. You must be willing to run with my ideas and make recommendations to optimize the look for CRE. Configuration. In addition, we require technical assistance to complete the set up of our cre loaded shopping cart. You must be able to set and meet realistic deadlines and, once the project is well defined, complete on budget and on time. There are a number of contributions installed that do not work, specifically EP. If we work well together, this can lead to ongoing maintenance as I am sole proprietor and need IT support. Content.
