convert pdf & docs to clean HTML

I have the following docuemts: 1 x PDF (1 page) 1 x word (docx) ( 1 page) 1 x word document (4 pages) I need you to convert them to pure HTML with supporting CSS (no CSS in file) I expect to get for each document an HTML file with 1 CSS file. If you can do this without CSS even better. Saving the file as HTML from word will not do as it produces way too many formatting issues. You are expected to create this in CLEAN html. This is really easy if you know HTML. Payment will be setup in escrow and released ONLY after i receive the documents and am happy with them. All formatting must be preserved (including any lines in the document). the document will be provided to the winner. here are some statistics: PDF document - convert page 1 only, 595 words Word Docx - 1 page 553 words word Docx - 4 pages - one image in header and 757 words. this will be a quick project. i need you to specify price and time to completion. cheapest and quickest will get this project.
