CSS Wizard Needed for Code Modification

I'm in need of an expert in CSS who can tweak certain elements. The specific CSS elements or code that require modification are not yet defined but may include text styling, background color, or layout positioning, among others. Core of part of work that needs doing is defining style sheets so what the user sees is what gets printed! You will need to modify the code in an offline area and then i will import into the live system. I will provide CSS file and html snap shot of pages. We need to be able to print what we see on the screen the exact same way it is displayed. Currently we use saved 'pdf' files to print labels and we are trying to generate these at runtime. We can now generate them fine, but the last step, getting them printed requires some modification and manipulation of the css / style sheets and elements. See the attached screen shots for what i am referring too. There is 'labels' in total.
