Start now Angular popup url fixes using css only,no js

Budget:10$,please apply only if you are fine with mentioned budget. This is a quick job for expertise. popup code was written using css only,no js at all. popup works when there is no extra parameter in url like http://localhost:4200/ and once clicked popup will work showing http://localhost:4200/#explode1in url. Issue is as below: it does not work if there is any extra parameter like this http://localhost:4200/ http://localhost:4200/?key=b50f7649-3b96-4aed-9b1d-bfbf08c11c31,popup wont work if there is any extra parameter in URL. Please apply only if you can fix this issue quickly. This project cannot use js ,only html,css only.
