Customise ZOHO CRM and importing Microsoft Access and Goldmine Data

I believe I have spent enough time to thoroughly understand your requirement as per the doc for CRM setup as well as data migration from Microsoft Access and Goldmine. Target Dates as per you requirement is achievable. IMO, the customization part would not requirement much effort as requirement as per doc is fulfilled OOTB by ZOHO CRM. And at this point I am assuming you have already made your conclusion regarding that. For data migration I would most likely follow the import export functionality of the ZOHO itself to migrated data, because as per my current understanding I am assuming only Contacts data has to be imported. (Optionally Accounts setup based on contacts imported data). In any case volume of data is reasonably manageable with import export. For Microsoft Access it would be helpful to understand if you can provide the schema of the database you are using. For Goldmine as it already provides the export functionality we can export data from it and then convert in required format. Let me know if there is any more data that has to be imported so that we can plan accordingly. Also it would be good to know the complete flow of the process (and fields for each module) you have defined that we have to implement using ZOHO CRM.
